2013 Three Rivers Festival Fun!

It's that time of year again, festival time! The Fort Wayne Three Rivers Festival just wrapped up a few short days ago. Every year I want to do a shoot with the ferris wheel at the carnival and every year I fail to get to it because of scheduling. This year I got lucky enough to have a lovely model, an idea, and enough time to shoot before the carnival actually opened its gates to the masses. I wanted the shots to come off semi white trash fabulous although not so much on the trashy side. I searched out an American Flag shirt and we began our adventure. Big thank you to my lovely model Jessica who was super sweet and fun to hang with! Here are two of the edited images from that awesome morning.

Rumble Ruckus 2013 in Downtown Fort Wayne, IN

Rumble Ruckus 2013 took place on the 800 block of Calhoun St. here in downtown Fort Wayne this past Sunday, June 21st. I was asked to be a official photographer by one of the participants that was having an art show at the event. Sugar-Moons artwork was being shown above 816 Pint & Slice, and consisted of pinup photography displayed throughout the upper level of the venue. On the street you could find fantastic live music and entertainment being provided by Pyroscope Entertainment, Death by Rodeo, Sour Mash Kats, and The Belairs. Also present were many vintage cars some of which were brought by Kendallville, Indianas Koolville Kreepers Car Club,  Vendor booths by OFabz Swimwear, and Double K Originals, and of course Food by not only 816 Pint & Slice but also Bravas food truck! This events promoter Josh Tussinger went all out and provided hours of entertainment for all ages. I can not wait till Rumble Ruckus 2014, and hope that it grows exponentially next year!

Truth Ink Tattoo sponsored Bikini Contest at Quaker Steak and Lube

My friend Brandon Winston who owns Truth Ink Tattoo here in Fort Wayne, IN asked me to come out and take photos of this years Bikini Contest which takes place 4 times this year during Quaker Steak and Lubes Bike Night season. The contestants are competing for their chance at winning cash, prizes and an all expense paid trip to compete in the international finals in Mexico. The-OC Summer Nights Swimwear Fashion Show

     I was invited out to The-OC for their Summer Nights Swimwear Fashion show this past Saturday June 22nd. The-OC is the summer outdoor club at Early Bird's here in Fort Wayne, IN. Krystal Baxter (KBAX) was the host and all swimwear was supplied by Boudoir Noir. It was a perfect night for this event, and everyone involved did an amazing job. Beautiful models, great drinks, music and fantastic environment. This club is definitely going to be a summer hit and is sure to attract tons of people. Rock N Ride on the Creek Event in Ft. Wayne, IN

Was asked by my amazing friend Heather if I would come and take photos of her event. This was an all ages event that included a bungee run inflatable game, three bands (Controller, Smoking Gorillas, and Soma), Food (burgers, dogs, and awesome wings), as well as a motorcycle stunt show performance by Kyle Sliger so there was definitely something for everyone. It was a hot day but thanks to all the awesome beverages they were serving, the public had no need to fear the heat. I'm sure this will not be the only event these guys will have this summer so keep an eye out if your in the Fort Wayne area and maybe you can partake in the festivities next time.

Took my two step-daughters out for some dress up fun. I don't know if they were to fond of waking up at 6:45 in the morning but once we ate breakfast and took a morning drive in the convertible they cheered up, and we had a great time. I captured a few great photos while we were out as well.

Last month my wife and I brought our new baby girl into this world. Aurora was born May 25th so be expecting some baby photos soon. My first gig back was a June outdoor wedding for Ashley and Jay who are both extremely amazing people. Here are a couple photos from their special day.
